cupcakes has gained popularity through the years here in Norway.  there are a few online bloggers who sells their cakes for private or for business functions.

my first try at baking cupcakes was for mikaella louise´s baptism & 1st birthday party last october 2010.  am not so good in baking but i was able to produce a good product to have on the party.  the cupcake on the left was made by john for the cafe, as part of our easter sweet offering.  will try my hand with other type of frosting and decorations.  am new to this, it will be a learning curve for me.  every weekend, we will be presenting different cupcakes for young and the young at heart.

first, my apologies for not having written for sometime due to work and just have not had the urge or the enthusiasm to write about anything that would be interesting.

here goes, i have a collection of food photos that i have been taking of, when i have made a dish or been eating out.  got inspired to do my own food pix by another friend of mine named dennis who is a blogger and loves taking photos of food which make me miss the food culture in philippines.
